3. Release and Waiver of Liability:

I, the undersigned participant, hereby release S2Healthylife management, staff, and trainers conducting the exercise program from any liability or responsibility for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or as a result of participation in the exercise activities.

The participants agrees indemnify and hold harmless S2Healthylife management, staff and trainers conducting the exercise program from any claims, damages or losses arising from their participation.
