After a 6 months break from my exercise routine, I joined S2healthylife. I used to workout using online videos. My experience with S2healthylife has b een great so far, their workout sessions have been just perfect for how I want to see myself and didn’t take much time to get back to shape. Her classes are so much fun, I love the fact that she has different exercise regimen all week and you won’t feel bored. The trainer, Dr Saritha is quite knowledgeable in variety of exercises as well as in nutrition.
